  • Book Miles may charge a non-refundable service fee for cancellations and refunds as part of the processing. This is separate from the airline’s charges.

  • In case of flight cancellations or schedule changes initiated by the airline, refunds will be processed as per the airline’s policy.
  • If you are eligible for a refund due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), you may need to provide supporting documents.

6. No-Show Policy
